A guiding principle of the Service Before Self Program is to “Leave No One Behind,” and our goal is to continue to engage Veterans in our program to Learn, Lead, and Serve. To accomplish this, we need Mentors who are willing to connect with Veterans in a limited and efficient capacity that benefits mentees, growing their confidence and their network, while also conserving your time and energy. You do NOT have to be a Veteran to be a Mentor, and we will provide you with our Mentor Guide that explains everything you need to know. We envision the time commitment to take no more than 30 minutes to an hour per month for 6 months.
